Ladybird Lunch Wood Art by Zoe Feast

This beautiful piece of box elder live edge slab of wood has been etched with a pattern featuring  sweet whimsical ladybirds ( or ladybugs) with spiders and their webs just waiting for their lunch!.  It has natural imperfections, such as holes, knots, cracks, or other blemishes, making it a one of a kind piece of art.

Piece has raw wood edge with bark.
Approximately 8″ by 7″ and 1″ thick.

The wood was sourced from a forest preserve where I volunteer in habitat restoration. It involves  clearing out invasive and non native plant matter and restoring the land back to it’s prairie state.
