I am not sure what my repeat pattern designs say about the state of my mind but I do know I allow my creative mind lead me to where it wants to go.
I use all sorts of techniques to produce my patterns, digital, watercolor, pen and ink and there is even a bit of tie dye thrown in for good measure.
