Neutral Botanical Wallpaper
It’s a wallpaper design for the Spoonflower challenge this week and the prompt is “Neutral Botanical”. These neutral challengers are always pretty difficult for me as I am the queen of color!
Never the less I am always up to push myself outside of my comfort zone, so here is my entry.
I also came up with a different colorway but I decided to enter the green one!
Palm Springs Wallpaper
Oooh I have never been to Palm Springs but after all the research I have done this week for The Palm Springs wallpaper challenge, I now am itching to visit. What a fun place it sounds!
Every year they celebrate with Modernism Week which includes house tours and all sorts of fun events. I named my design in it’s honor

I dilly, dallied all over the place for this week’s Spoonflower challenge – Neutral Geometric Wallpaper, but eventually settled on a gamut of geometric shapes in a soft neutral palette of blues and grays,
Farm I spy: Baby Play Mat
Gosh this Spoonflower challenge – Baby Play mats was quite a bit of work, but a lot of fun to do. My 42″ by 36″ design is full of farm fun! Farm Fun I spy Playmat
Hunt for a farm cat, rosy red apples and a chicken with her eggs. I actually could have gone on and on hiding things in this design!
My design also repeats and is a super fun design for a wallpaper accent wall in a kids bedroom.

Cup of Tea Anyone? Breakroom Challenge
I don’t know about you but when I take a break I generally enjoy a nice cup of tea or coffee. Having it made for me is an added bonus and that was my inspiration behind the design I created for for The Spoonflower Breakroom Challenge. The prompt this week is to come up with a wallpaper design to use in the Spoonflower break room.
Damask Bird Delight Wallpaper
I am not much of a fan of the Damask design style but staying on target with a 2021 personal challenge, where my goal is to again, enter every single Spoonflower challenge, I have come up with a design for this contest: Reimagined Damask Wallpaper
Here is my Damask Bird Delight pattern where sweet little blue and white birds flit about. The pattern is a mirror image typically seen with the damask style.

Blue Boho Spiralize Wallpaper
One of my favorites ways to use wallpaper is on the back wall of a bookcase or shelf unit so I was excited to see the Spoonflower design challenge this week. The prompt was to design a wallpaper specifically to as a backdrop in a DreamBox. A Dreambox is the ultimate storage and work area for craft projects.
My approach was to design something interesting to look at but not compete with whatever supplies are going to be adorning the shelves. In my experience craft supplies have enough going so I opted for a restful monotone blue design and Blue Boho Spiralize was born.
